Hehe, thanks Slinger. That means a lot.
My main problem in losing weight was the "all or nothing" mindset... I would start, then I would veer off the plan somewhere, and then I'd give up, thinking I'm such a failure and that it's all messed up and I may as well throw it out the window.
When I really started to get serious about losing weight, I realised the common denominator in all of the journeys/ diaries I was reading was that after a gain, they came back. So I had it in my head from the start of my journey that there is no giving up, no matter how badly things go wrong. That would be the true failure, to not even give myself the oppurtunity to keep trying!
Anyway, had a great weekend... did some running, dancing and weight training, felt great!
I went to a 7am
yoga class this morning, wow, that was intense! I'll go do a run and full
body strength training tonight. My damn scooter (moped) is in for repairs... I really need a new one, so I'm thinking of getting this REAL motorbike soon... will post pics some time
