Hey buckeye,
I am in a similar position (only 6 months onwards). I was relatively fit throughout school (not too fit but able to dance in advanced classes and do gymnastics), then university life (and in my case "married" life, just hanging out with the man, nights in, in front of the telly, etc...) took it's toll and suddenly I was 20
pounds heavier than I thought I was (and 40
pounds heavier than I wanted to be).
I think it is great you decided to record this, it helps so many of us tremendously, to control our diets better and to feel proud of exercise and
weight loss milestones).
