Pick ONE TIME a day to weigh - if you feel youmust weigh every day... and wear exactly the same thing or nothing - wheny ou do weigh - Most people find that first thing in the am - before stepping in the shower after using the toilet, naked, gives them the lowest weight and that's what they measure against...
Weighing multiple times a day is extraodinarily unhelpful long term....\
and your bmr is also your resting rate== that is the
calories you need were you to never get out of bed... you need to add on
calories for activity.
