Oooo, I on the other hand, looooove
strength training. It's so methodical, and doable (and honestly, I'm not crazy about getting out of breath... yet I run run... where's the sense?)
These days when I go to the
gym, I run first, as it is my least favourite part of the workout. Then I go and do my
weights and enjoy the rest! Must say... I think a runners high blind-sided me the other day... will try to make it happen again!
Really well done on all your efforts Margaret, I'm sure you'll feel even better when you can get a variety of exercise in again!
