Hi Margaret! It's been a while since I've been on here......reached my
goal of 116 a month ago and have been maintaining it and doing lots of
weights---feels good! I popped in to check up on everyone and am hoping I come back on here more often. I must say I am amazed----you're already midway into the 130s! I can't believe how much weight you have lost and how far you have come! I am glad you will be restarting the
weights again.
Cardio is great for getting the inches/fat off, but nothing makes me feel better than doing
weights and toning my arms and legs! That is exciting that you are getting a
treadmill soon....I'm sure it'll make exercising much better when the weather is not so perfect. Anyway, just wanted to say hi and congratulations on coming so far--you truly are an inspiration!
