A1 BB Bench Press 45x5, 75x5, 95x5, 115x5, 135x2, 125x2, 145x0, 65x22
B1 Assisted Chin-up 130x20, 130x17
C1 Seated Cable Row 80x12x3
D1 Face Pull 40x12x3
E1 DB Shrug 120x15x3
F1 BB Curl 25x15x2, 25x12

Thoughts

Messed my bench all up and started screwing around. That damned she-hulk is a distraction. Also I went all baby weights on the face pulls. Not sure why, different rig and I wasn't really thinking I guess. All in all, not too bad. Feeling the V a little bit, but I think it's probably all in my head. If anything it was all that lasertag. Holding that gun up in the air for 6 hours (alternating hands so I can frag a fool ambidextrous lol) sored me up.

V Diet Shake #3 is coming up in a sec, and I'm not at all dreading it. Not yet anyway. Also, 5 hours of lasertag tomorrow. It's Canada Day, wooh wooh.
