So today was a mixed day. More good than bad, and not really bad so much as annoying. Work was awesome- made bank in commission- THANK GOD! Remodeling my house has got me BROKE

I'm set to do a cpr class tomorrow night at 6, so I'll be re-certified for another year or two, and will be working Saturday night at the
gym. Bleh. BUT, on the other hand, its extra cash...
However- some slightly shitty, annoying, whatever ya wanna call it news- the mall moved the Qwest booth about ten feet from my store.. Doesn't sound to significant, but two years ago I got beat up really bad by a stupid guy I was with, ANNNDDD he works there. And for the past two years I've done a damn good job avoiding him. I didn't go to the bars he went to, avoided that wing of the mall, everything! And now, in order for me to go get my hair gel, or even a salad should I forget my lunch, I hafta walk past him. A year ago it woulda freaked me out, and I'm not gonna lie- I get like a mini anxiety attack every time I DO see him. But its more like I'm plain ole pissed off now. So I guess if he f's with me, I use these beautiful new muscles I've been creating and show him how it feels, lol. Trash talk, I know. It would never really happen.. I'd chicken out and run(which would show off my new
cardio skills I guess).
Tonights workout was back: I did widegrip pulldowns, upper rotary machine, and two other machines that I have currently spaced the name of

100 crunches.
Cardio: eliptical 15min, .97miles-did this longer tonight than last night, but was a smaller distance cuz I did about six minutes on the highest level I could do...
Treadmill 30min, 1.58miles, and bike 15min, 5.56miles.
I almost stopped before I went to the bike, buttttt decided to keep going, even tho I was swimming in sweat and was gasping like a mad cow. (I don't actually KNOW if mad cows gasp- it just seems like they would, dontcha think?)
Anyway, off to bed to get my *8* hours
