Yeah, I think you could. I started out ~75
pounds lighter than you and was losing pretty consistently at about 15
pounds every 2 months until the very end. Like Margaret, I stayed on-plan the entire time, with no breaks for holidays / birthdays / weekends. I started to get pretty grumpy about 8 months in, so sticking it out for an entire year would have been difficult for me. (Although if I'd had a year's worth of weight to lose, it might not have been - it started to get hard for me about the time my
BMI got below 25.)
