| okay i realize cheesey chicken sausages are somewhat processed however that was all i had this morning - shopping day tomorrow.
I have wind trainer class tonight for an hour also which i didnt recall until later so thats all good.
The Lungs seem much better today, i did have a little trouble when doing some things so i had to take it a little easier than i would have liked. |
