I love dynamic lower day. Is so fun. Some fit mma-lookin' dude was shocked at how high I can jump. Haha. It was very amusing.
And, unrelated, I am honestly enjoying this velocity
diet. It really is just keto without all the nastiness and impreciseness. I feel fantastic. And I'm still getting stronger.
