Todays cals were right on track, got my cpr cert. class done- MJ- its 30compressions to 2breaths now... lol. Jeez, I've been learning the 15/2 method for the last 10 years, weird that they decided to change it now..
My sister finally came to the
gym with me tonight- she didn't do a lot, lol, she says shes "easing" her way back into it.. we'll see I guess

So my workout tonight was this: rotary chest, pectoral flys(for pretty boobs

) chest press, and for
cardio I did 30min and 10.84miles on the bike, and 30min and 1.67miles on the
treadmill. So that was cool, another hour of
cardio this week.Pretty happy with that!
Annd, as sad as this is, I won't have anyone to go out with on the Fourth...

so I won't spend a fortune on booze, won't guzzle a zillion
calories, and might get some work done around the house- guessing this is a GOOD thing haha!
Sooo, off to bed, be back tomorrow with hopefully another fantastic workout!
