Thanks so much...your a sweetie!Well, to start do you have an excercise plan? If not you have to get a work-out plan together. I know it might be hard to get to a
gym but you can do it at home. The key to healthy
weight loss is
diet and excercise!
Cardio with
strength training did it for me. I only spend 1hr in the
gym four days a week.
What does your
diet look like on a daily basis? There are calculators on this site where you can figure out how many maintanence
calories you need in a day..subtract 300-500
calories from that for
weight loss. Go to
FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal and track your
calories there. You would be surprised at how many more cals per day you actually may be eating.
