I hate to say it, but the "easiest" way is to alter your eating habbits for life (if you want to keep it off long-term this is the only way) and start a regular exercise program. I am sorry, it's just not an easy process. I have read that exercise becomes enjoyable at some point; that could be a myth, or it could just be the strange ones that like it
