Yesterday's record:
Breakfast—two slices whole-grain toast, one spread with pate, the other with one wedge Laughing Cow light cheese
Snack—half an ounce sole di sicilia cheese
Lunch—whole-grain pasta, peas, and chorizo in a low-
fat cream sauce with
fat-free feta
Snack—five cherries
Dinner—corn and kidney bean chili over brown rice, apple slaw
Snack—3/4 ounce brie, one square chocolate, one portion plum cake, one cup coffee with skim milk and two tsp sugar
Did my core-strengthening
exercises and twenty minutes on the elliptical.
Yay yay, horrible sudden bloat has proved to be just that, and I'm back down to 254 for today! No idea what that was, but I'm just glad that it's gone!
