It’s not of a personal nature, per se, at least not so that I won’t talk about it or anything like that. The women on both sides of my family suffer commonly from osteopenia and osteoporosis. My body, much like theirs, simply doesn’t absorb calcium properly and I am trying to get a head start against mother nature's evil plan for me
