| Hi...and good luck to ya..I'm sure you will reach your goal..I know people that were on weight watchers and yeah they lose the weight but they most always gain it back at one point. It's not a life plan.
The key to losing weight is a change in lifestyle..that means a good balance of diet and excercise the you can stick with for life. Use an online calculator to figure out what your caloretic daily needs are and subtract 300-500 cals from that and you will lose weight. I know counting calories stinks but it does work and is the best way. Eat balanced meals 5-6 times a day (proteins,carbs and good fats). I understand your excercise is limited but grab some free weights at walmart and do some strength training along with some cardio at home. I work-out 4 times a week for 1hr each session. Thats only 4hrs a week.
Eating after 7 pm is fine as long as you are in your calorie intake for the day.
