Well I don't think I went over my 3000
calories yesterday but I made some choices that weren't all that great.
Breakfast: ramen stir fry with pork and tomatoes and onions.
Lunch: 0
Dinner: Chinese buffet; noodles with some shrimp and onion, pea salad, won-ton soup. Then a had a plate with some pudding two cookies and some kind of fruit salad.
Late meal: grilled chicken sandwich from whataburger and some onion rings and one taquito thingie.
Drinks: water, tea, coffee, vitamin water.
Well I might be over after all......................
