Thumbs down rain, Rain , BLOODY RAIN

Breakfast- 2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk = 250 kcals

lunch- crabstick sandwhich = 350 kcals

dinner - beans and tuna with one slice of gauda cheese = 510

snacks - necterine and cherries = 100 kcals
a tea spoon of peanut butter and a snack size packet of raisens=40 kcals

exercise - 500 kcals at the gym


total daily consumption- 1200
