Breafast: 1 c. 2% cottage cheese. couple of blueberries. 1 plum. and sprinkled some Kashi Go Lean Crunch (Honey,Almond,Flaxseed) on it all. drank half c. of orange juice.
Snack: 1 "pink lady" apple. Slice of Meunster cheese. whole wheat crackers
water with lemon.
Lunch: Leftover BBQ at my dad's house. Shish Kabob- steak,red onion,cherry tomatoes,bell pepper, squash, zuchini. couple spoons of brown rice with feta, olives, 5 cloves of garlic in balsamic vinegar, cherry tomatoes, peas. water with lemon
Dinner:2 slices of double fiber wheat bread, 1 tbls. peanut butter, 2 tsp. low sugar strawberry jam. 1 100 calorie pack: chocolate pretzles. glass of ice water.
Snack: Still hungry later so I ate a breakfast lean pocket(small one. 150
calories)
I feel so "blah." ugh. I don't thing that "lean pocket" settled well with me. I need to do some walking on the
treadmill today. pouty pout pout.
