 Yay for me! Another successful boot camp. And does my gut ever feel it! Wow, she worked our abs tonight. Tomorrow morning is my WW weigh in. I have not weighed myself this week, but can feel that Aunt flow is getting ready to make her appearance again, meaning that I may be up rather than down  As much as I don't want to go and get THAT news, I will go anyway. As my mother would say, "It builds character!"
