wow sounds like you are really busy. i'm sure you will be losing weight with all that work. excercising the brain can be as good as excercising the
body. i was teaching for 2 months and the work really did help me to maintain my weight. i even lost some during while eating as much as or more than i needed to maintain. don't worry too much about the excercise if you are exhausted and your food seems to be good so keep concentrating on that. and everyone needs ice cream
