is it okay to ignore hunger?

i know fasting is not good nor is leaving the stomach empty for several hrs. in the morning i usually have a carnation instant breakfast with skim milk which is 150 calories. then for lunch a can of tuna with a couple fiber tablets (170 calories) to help suppress my appetite, then in the afternoon will have some tomato soup, (about 200 calories)
then a turkey wrap and some salad (300 calories) for diinner and sometimes more soup (another 200). then usually a yogurt before bed if im still hungry. i am finding myself still hungry even tho it seems like im eating every few hrs. but i wont allow myself to eat more for fear of losing control and losing the progress i have made. so should i eat more or less? is it hurting my body if i ignore my hunger since i am eating all these times in a day?

oh and my stats if needed: 5'5", 150 pounds, large framed
