Snack—fresh blueberries; half a low-
fat, low-carb tortilla with one tbsp almond butter and one tbsp raisins
Dinner—quinoa risotto with spinach and mushrooms, one whole grain english muffin with one tsp plum jam, two cups tea with one tsp sugar and skim milk
Snack—green grapes, instant oatmeal (sat up late and got very hungry)
