| I have been doing weight watchers for 3 months and 1 week, I have lost 12.3lbs and I absolutely love the program. I don't avoid any foods, but just eat the correct portion size. I love going to the meetings and getting ideas and support from the other members. My leader is the best and has lost 85lbs herself so she can relate to us on a lot of levels. I would suggest the program to anyone who wants to learn how to eat healthy, get control of their portions, and make good friends along with getting support! |
