Jenna, you should be easily able to achieve it yourself. Generally
diet buddies are helpful, but they also have their darker side. If the other person loses his interest in it, you too go down with him because some or the other way you are connected emotionally to your buddy.
I tried it, it did not work for me. Or maybe, i choose the wrong buddy :-)
