| Yes, trade a bad habit for a good one. I used to get up with a cup of coffee and a half dozen or so cigarettes. When I get up now, the first thing I do is exercise. This takes the my mind off the butts. When I'm done exercising, I feel so much better, I don't want to have a smoke. I've been doing this for about 3 1/2 weeks now, getting very few cravings for cigarettes (not all gone, but much easier). The best part is that I'm losing weight while quitting smoking. Either one is usually a challenge (face it, I've never been successful with either one on its own before). |
