Hi everyone,
My name is Glenn 23yrs old, from London, Ontario Canada. I am 5'8 and currently 228lbs, I am first looking to reach my first
goal of 180, which is the weight I was at before I went into college.
Currently I am trying P90X not really following there
diet but Iam just eating a lot more healthier, and drinking a lot more water. I am currently doing
cardio on my lunch break at the
gym and then come home and do p90x with a friend.
I am getting married May 2, 2009 and need to make a change in my life in order to be happy with photos.....lol
