Try leaning into an exercise routine, adding one thing at a time. It might be hard at first, but it gets fun after a while!

Thanks for the input too. I am trying to lose the weight and keep it off for ever!!! I love to work out and the
diet doesn't bother me but I have no will power so sweets always get to me. I know I can do it and that is why I joined is to get some sort of inspiration.
