I'm new to this board and am in the process of losing weight by using self hypnosis
weight loss CD's from an online site. I notice by searching here, that there are no active threads with hypnosis in the title. Are hypnosis and self-hypnosis programs not considered to be "weight loss programs"? To me, it seems anyway that the discussion of how to change eating habits is pretty valid. I know for me, will power was failing me so trying to force myself to change my eating habits wasn't working.
The CD's are working for me and I'm not having to "work at it". I am down 10 lbs but have a ways to go but so far.... so good. So, if losing weight is all about modifying behavior, why no hypnosis threads?
