Smile Hi Everyone!

I am new here, literally just joined. I am relativily healthy, but had a recent weight gain on 21 pounds in the last 13 months. I would love to go loose it again. Let's just say I got lazy and had no money to go to my gym that I went to almost everyday.

I am 22 years old, and done 4 years of college and I am working as an educator at a childcare center, and most of the children I provide for have way more energy than I do. I work 7am-5-530, everyday and find to be exhausted at the end of the day, and usually get up at 530am so it leaves me no time to excercise in the morning. My mom and I are planning on getting back to doing Hip Hop Ab's after work, so I hope it works, I just need some inspiration. I am 5'4 about 150 pounds, the heaviest I have ever been in my life, I was 129. However, size wise I am about a 6 still..which I don't get, and shirts have gone from a large to xtra large.

Thats my story, I hope you guys can help me through it!
