I am by far not saying that hypnosis will completly help, by my therapist specializes in hypnosis, and the one time that we did (I do not like it at all) she gave me a thing about not eating at fast food. The only 'fast food' place that i eat at now is Chipotle (which i really don't consider it fast food.) It can help you feel better, but its up to you to make sure that you are better. Find a
diet plan, or better yet, a lifestyle change, use the hypnosis to keep you going, and get friends and family to encourage you
