I can tell you that using hypnosis appears to be of a tremendous help to me. In the class they did two small 10-15 minutes hypnosis sessions that you follow-up with 30 or so days of listening to a CD. You never really go all the way out (falling asleep) and you are aware of everything around you.
I can tell you that after 30 plus years of
dieting I would aways give up after 7-10 days because mentally I had given up. I have now finished my third week and have followed the program to the letter. I have not had an ounce of struggle so far.
I am eating less at meals and pretty much have eliminated snacking (again without feeling that I am missing anything).
I will continue to update my progress.
