Hun, I don't know if your still around because you haven't posted for awhile... but I really hope your not still eating 500
calories a day.
I am only 20, but I have done way more than my fair share of
dieting. And on all these crazy diets I would lose weight, and fast... only to gain it back again. You just can't stay on track with ridiculous schemes, it has to be healthy. Plus when you start looking in to health and
nutrition you'll learn just how detrimental starving your
body is. There is no way you can get all the nutrients your
body needs to function properly in only 500
calories a day.
