Hey, my name is Shawna and I JUST signed up. I've actually lost 20 pounds already but alas, I've hit another plateau. I actually used to weigh about 133 without trying...then a horrible breakup and stress later...I gained 30 pounds in one year without even realizing it. I'm down to 140. My biggest problem is that when I'm stressed out or upset I want to eat...everything. Now the good thing is that I've identified this behavior and am usually pretty good at realizing when I want to eat because I'm upset.

My second biggest problem is that I always feel way too tired to work out. I really like to run but I end up feeling so run down that I can't bring myself to do it. Any suggestions? I get soooooo tired in the afternoon that all I want to do is sleep.
