So far i have been practicing good eating habits, and going to the
gym just to walk/ jog on the tread mill, and then stretch out my cramps afterward.
Today i want to bump it up a notch and start some weight lifting.
8 years ago i was a high school football player and did a work out similar to this but it was concentrated on heavy muscle building and not
fat burning. i was 100 lbs lighter and loosing about 2 lbs a week with no concern for
diet, but lifting and running three times a week.
