I am one of 3 who shared the same room at "new you" and kept in touch.....we all have different stories but one BIG thing in common.
WE LOST NO WEIGHT AT ALL.
Really please just eat sensibly and go walking or something SAVE YOUR CASH | Best advice IMO. |
