I have a friend that is taking ephedra, i told him it's not safe and he should stop taking it. i know this product was banned in 2004 but now i see it at
nutrition stores. I myself take hydrogycut and was suggested to take yellow cross which contains ephedra. I know with procut is even worse for women because they don't have as strong a system as men.I don't think it's a good idea for anyone. What do you guys and gals think?
