I tried that exact
diet, infact, I've tried about a million diets. The only thing about diets is before you start one, ask yourself: Is this something I can stick to for the rest of my life. If it is not, then you should absolutely not do it. You might lose weight, but in the end you'll put it back on.
I think your focus should be making healthier decisions with your food choices. Find out how many
calories you need to eat for your
body to function then subtract that by a few hundred. Once you have that number, stay to it. It will change as your weight changes. Also exercise, but do fun things. Join a team
sport, etc. make this a lifestyle change... not just a
diet.
