I started WeightWatchers 6 months after my first child was born (This was more than 4 years ago). It worked like a charm. I never really considered it a "diet"... WW taught me portion control and to make healthy choices. On average, I lost 1-2
pounds a week until I reached my
goal. I kept the weight off for 4 years! I just had my second child a little over 8 weeks ago, but I will post somewhere else for that (I can't seem to lose the weight this time around). Good luck.
