They will tell you that the balloon is an aid not a magic
cure. It fills your stomach leaving less room for food but if you persist in eating the same amounts as before then your stomach will eventually stretch..Also do not eat after 7 at night or you won't sleep. I'm eating lots of soup, yoghurt fruit and not much meat as that seems to repeat on me for hours. Fish is OK also but any sort of fatty food is bad news also fizzy drinks of any kind. You have to work with it
