I have been doing Turbo Jam every day since Thanksgiving. I can tell I have more endurance, but I have not lost a
pound. I weigh 200 lbs now. 150 is the ideal weight for me. I am trying to stick to a 1000 cal balanced
diet. I think I am not taking in enough
calories. I do best with a
diet that tells me what to eat at each meal. I have a big event coming up in April, and I want to be way down on my weight by then.
what do I need to be doing to help this. I can tell you I am getting bummed out about this.
