You should be getting more
calories. Kind of off topic, but I remember a few years ago when I was talking to my doctor about losing weight and she told me to do a 1,200 calorie
diet to lose. Looking back on that after reading on this forum, my doctor is an ass.
But yea, you need more
calories.
