I am having a hard time coming up with rewards for when I achieve a
weight loss goal.
My final reward when I lose it all is to get a really cute bikini to show off in but I can't think of anything for the in-between stuff such as losing 10
pounds.
What are your rewards for reaching your mini goals?
I was thinking clothes but
A. Spending MY OWN money on stuff is hardly a big reward haha
B. I have so much clothing as it is AND will be able to fit into older, smaller clothing so I will have even more clothes. And I go clothes shopping far too much as is
C. Most of it will hopefully only fit for a couple months then I will have wasted that money that I could have saved for when I am at my final weight!
I know food isn't a good reward so what else could I get?
Just so you know I am a female, young adult so that should lean you towards what kind of stuff I might be into and such.
