My stomach, nor anything else on my
body is "really tight n fit"!. Thanks though, but maybe that is just a really good picture if you got that impression.
No secrets here. I need some
weight loss secrets my dang self! I lost and gained the same 4
pounds the entire 6 weeks lol! I have just been doing lots of
cardio and
strength training and now in the last two weeks I have been mixing in
yoga 3 times a week, a few step aerobic weight lifting classes, and swimming.
From now on I am going to go try
HIIT cardio which I heard makes you push yourself a lot, then the same classes and swimming. Now that I am seeing results I am super excited and want to push myself harder. I can't wait for another month to pass so I can take another picture!
