I personally went from 143lbs to 125lbs in 2mths and it was mainly musle, which is really hard for a black women with hips and butt. It was the best
weight loss plan I ever did, but I doubt many people would want to try it. What I did was join the Army, not even kidding.....I gained weight when I got out but since I plan on joining again its cool, my advice is exercise.
