I am looking to lose around 20
pounds, I am 20 years old 175, 5'8-5'9, I understand I am not huge, but I am uncomfortable with myself like this as I had put on 10
pounds over christmas holiday.
The problem I have with
weight loss is, I don't have time for a
gym, though I do own a set of hand barbels that go up to 40
pounds each (switchable
weights). And I tend to avoid vegetables because I am alergic to some and just don't find alot of them enjoyable.
Is it possible to lose weight fairly fast, on a
diet that doesnt consist mostly of greens?
I understand there is no "magical" pill that will do this for me, but is there anything that could help that I could combine with some sort of exercise and
diet?
Can someone lead me towards the right direction? ^_^;
