Not eating Breakfast. / Can I scrap Vegies from a meal? Hi, I have been doing Cohans for a couple of months.
For the last month I've had trouble eating breakfast. I've never eaten it, but forced myself for the first month of Cohan's - before skipping it altogether for the last month.
I want to get into the habit of eating breakfast, but I have a couple of questions. Is it okay to scrap the vegetable allowance from these Meal 1 options:
Cheese + Vegetable
Egg + Vegetable
I have tried eating lettuce with the egg, but it was too much. I tried cooking vegetables but tasted horrible.
Would be easier if I could just have the egg or cheese alone without vegies. Does anyone know if that would be okay? Are the Vegetable that important for the meals?
