You have misread I said "that (doesnt) consist mostly of greens?"
I understand have read the stickies, and I understand it is based off of
calories, but i want to make sure that I am getting the proper
nutrition at the same time, I doubt a
diet of twinkies would be too healthy =P
And regarding me doing this for the wrong reason, don't get me wrong It has to do with health as well, even if it was just for my mental health of how I feel. But I also have problems such as my fathers side has a problem with acid reflux, which I have had encounters with over my life, and I also get tired very easily now. I used to be a cross country runner for my old school, but now I am just out of shape.
I'm just curious if there was anyone else that has had this problem and what they did to overcome it. I want to lose weight but do it in a healthy way, so if I were to eat mostly meat should I be taking some vegi alternative etc. Or should I just do reps on hand barbels, watch the
calories i eat, and take multivitamins?
Edit: I am also reading throught he stickies on
nutrition now, but they are confusing the heck out of me ._.
