Nope.

Especially if you don't have the fundamentals in place to start with. You'd be wasting your money.

Can I just eat certain fruits/meat and scratch out veggies?
Sure you can.

Nobody here is going to tell you what you can and can't do.

If you're interested in losing fat while being healthy, veggies are an important ingredient.

If you're simply worried about losing weight... than they're not.

I have read the stickies and they go on about calories and good foods to eat. But is there a specific regimen anyone would suggest, I have looked on the net off and on for years, and alot of the diets seem to be all over the place, and I want to find things that actualy work not "sound like they work"
Ahh, so you missed the part in the stickies where it explains that there is no One Right Way of going about things.

Stop looking for an Answer to your problems. You're making this much more complicated than necessary.

All diets work. It's just a matter of which are you able to adhere to.

The less rigid, the better.

Control calories and eat balanced, natural foods as much as possible.

One other random question, I see that soy/skim milk is what is suggested,
Suggested where?

would Chocolate soy milk have the same nutrients/calories as normal, or due to added cocoa or whatever they use, is it different. I just can't stand to drink either of them plain./
Not sure why soy milk.

The problem more or less is I am alergic to most suggested things. The only veggies I can really handle in small bits are raw green peppers, as weird as it might sound even celery makes my throat hurt/sting.
What exactly are you allergic to in the veggies. Maybe a supplement like greens + would do you well, but not sure, you'd have to run it by your doc.
