Well I've started eating better, mostly just drinking a truck load of water a day, not eating as much, and having cereal in the morning as I have never eaten breakfast before. And have replaced thing such as eating maybe fries or macoroni and cheese with a small ceasar salad (I know its not the best salad, but Its what I enjoy) ^_^ I've managed to lose 4
pounds since I started eating better >.> not sure if it was me changing my
diet or I was just bloated or something..
